Federal Democratic Nepal

Welcome to Nepal, A country famous for High sky rocketing Himalaya like Mount Everest, birth place of Gautam Buddha, Buddhist God and brave Gurkha is truly a dream destination to visit once in a life. With more than 300 festivals, 100 different languages spoken and peaceful, loving and silent place is ahead of times in Natural beauty.Excuse me-You have landed your feet on Federal Democratic Nation, Welcome to a a country of its own where guest are treated as God. Last couple of years ago, when I came back from my country for the further studies in Finland it was ruled by King. Truly Monarchy, Now it is to my utmost surprise, cheer and delight to hear the news of Nepal being Democratic.

The history has been created by changing the some 240 year rule of King by people. Once the land where people use to treat Kings, and Queens and God and Goddesses are now just like me and you, a simple ordinary human. It has been proposed in the first meeting that king will be taken all perks except the benefit he gets as us. No great palace of former rulers is open to public in Nepal. Hence, the Narayanhity Museum (a possible name) will give Nepalis a unique peek at the 240-year-old institution of monarchy that has played such an important role in shaping the political course of the country. It is also decide now that the palace will be turned into Museum. King has been given a letter to vacate the palace within 15 days. Sooner the country will have new prime minister and president. "The president will be the commander in chief of the national army. He will act as per the recommendation of the Prime Minister. He will be authorized to declare emergency in accordance with the cabinet decision," was said by Nepali Congress leader Bimalendra Nidhi. As a common citizen, my intelligent guess would be Maoist leader Prachanda as a next president of Nepal. History has been made and history by selecting and voting for a new party called Maoist. During the political campaign I called and asked my wife-Whom did she voted for ? I was not so surprised when she said, "Maoist". Today, as they have been tagged as a terrorist by United States. It surely needs further thinking on them. Hoping is the only element left when none of the political parties and King did anything for the well-being of Nation, people and for the country. Since there has been new political parties people mostly expect a great deal of change from them.

Now the priority of government should focus mostly on the economic, infrastructure, health, education, social sector and IT developments. It is not difficult once a best brain really work hard and put effort. It is not easy either if none of the promises shown will be further implemented. Going by the paper, a country has second highest potential of electricity but electricity is erratic people sleeps more than 7hrs a day in darkness. Lack of water, gas, petrol and many more basic needs has to be really taken into consideration as soon as possible. Many of the problems faced by country can be improved by government. Possibly it would be fix and that is a dream and hope of most of people in countrymen. "E should not stand for excuses but E should stands for efforts". One example is worth thousand theories, we should set and example to world. we need to go by firmly believing in what I would suggest is "doing". Or more precisely, add "ing" in the verb like do, learn, walk, talk, watch, contribute, fight so on. If we learn to live in present we will know we are changing ourselves, our society, our
country and to some extent the entire world.

"Dreaming about developed Nepal !" exclaimed a friend one day giving me a pitiful look usually reserved for endangered animals. I was not bothered by that question as I realized that we ourselves are responsible for our sufferings. Changes should be brought about within ourselves; once we are changed definitely our homeland will change to developed.

Why not me ?

When the going gets tough, the tough get going...
[Joseph P. Kennedy (1888-1969)]
I am what I am and not what others make of me...
Give me a bread to eat; I will give you idea for research ...

A firm believer in the above, last two quotes are my own creation... I am a man on a mission; eager to script his own destiny with utmost sincerity and hard work. I believe there are no shortcuts to success but there are definitely smarter ways of getting there. From here onwards

I hope to gain some valuable work experience in a global environment. I seek to work in the most competitive of organizations and in a result oriented setup. By applying to your organization I seek to imbibe in myself a global work culture and international corporate practices which transcend all geographical boundaries.

Every individuals in this earth is unique and every body has rights to live, freedom of speech and expression, rights for food, shelter, clothes and basic sanitation but My life is filled with emptiness because I do not have job any more. The lack of JOB (read it as J, O and B). It is good to read it like this, makes it more complicated and complex. Every body now a days have B.A, M.Sc, or even PhD but they lack JOB .

We are humans and we need food to eat, some work to earn for the food that we consume and some to save for future. Is it possible to survive in complex, dynamic world without a JOB, I lack a JOB crossing every streets and passing every small to big companies in every corner of streets of Lappeenranta, but not reaching to the place where I wan to be. I could not see my own days of glory. The decision of coming back to Foreign Land for the purpose of study and some work experience does not seems to be justified.

It not having all its part adjusted in proper manner or is incomplete.I might not have a recommendation letter from a Minister, might not have my own family linked in some of these companies but I have one thing that every ordinary citizens like me have and that is One keyword which pushes my own life is, hope .I am Expecting the Unexpected. Believing in my own faith and dreams.

I know the dreams I have will one day give rise to the hope, hope will turn them into actions and action will deliver the result. As my sweet lovely wife Padhmawoti said, Budha,(Honey)Be yourself, as long as I believe you are here for some special purpose,as I am here for you. As I think now; By 30, I have to become Strong and I know I am already in the process of becoming one.

My

Welcome to the world of “My”, we are very much cautious to our belongings, we like our things very much. We like them so much that we think they are for ours and ours only. The world is changing now; in west our things are valued very much because they are bought by us. Don’t you think we value our things a bit too much, e.g. my wife, my life, my things like my laptop, my house, my bike, my car, my wallet, my furniture’s etc. Why do we value our things so much? We value our things are we think they will remain there forever with us because we work hard to buy them and after buying them we think they are only useful and for us. What I think is, we are too much into this. Let me take you to the beginning, well, we were born single- any doubt? Probably not! We are going to die single. Hopefully this is universal truth, now why do we think the things in this world are ours. Did they come with you when you were born? Did these things will go together with you? Do you believe that these are living for ever and you are living in this world forever? Think about the paragraphs and then think about the word or characters made of two letters “M” and “Y”. The word cannot be changed the meaning is only one. M=me and Y=you. It can be interpreted as M can refer to the self and Y can be you or the things or your wife for e.g. why do we believe that our wife is our alone? Girls are very unpredictable; they also don’t know what is going on in their own mind. Your girl friend cannot be yours then how come the things you bought can be yours? It is our natural way of living a life, once we become mature and start living a life-we tend to forget things. The things that are very natural and those are universal. There is always a need for someone who can tell these things are remind you that there is something very powerful and which is beyond our imaginations. That is no super human; no special Robert but Nature and nature balances everything for its own existence. We should rather think these things and live a life for just one single day. Imagine a living a life for a single day! Don’t get panic. Take it easy. None of the things you have are yours and they will never be yours. You are living in a virtual world. The virtual world will not teach you the real meaning of life. The real existence of human beings and the real way of living like a humans. Today we are very much into virtual world; In future tomorrow we will surely become virtual humans. Since I myself live a life for a day- I do not know whether I will exist tomorrow or not but if you will exist please be natural and live a life of humans rather than being proud of yourself of calling that you are human but internally you are not.

Just be yourself

Once my wife Padhmawoti said to me, "Beware of Buddha. If you meet him on the way, kill him immediately". I was surprised by her answer and asked, “What do they mean”? I mean there is a human tendency to become imitators. People are trying to imitate, to become somebody else. Nobody can become a Christ or Buddha. There is no need. Existence will be bored if you become Christ. It wants somebody new, something original. It wants you, and it wants you to be just yourself. I do not know if people know this or not, Just remember you cannot be other than yourself. To be yourself, knowledge is not needed. A rock is a rock. Not that the rock knows that it is a rock. Knowledge is not needed. In fact, it is because of knowledge that you are missing being yourself. Knowledge is creating the problem. The rock is not confused. Knowledge is not needed for being. In fact, you are missing your being because of knowledge. I was reading about a certain man named Uncle Sam: To celebrate Uncle Sam's 75th birthday, an aviation enthusiast offered to take him for a plane ride over the little West Virginia town where he had spent all his life. Uncle Sam accepted the offer. Back on the ground, after circling over the town 20 minutes, he was asked: "Were you scared, Uncle Sam?" "No", was the hesitant answer, "but i never did put my full weight down". In an airplane, whether you put your full weight down or not, the weight is carried by the airplane. Whether you know yourself or not is not the point. Knowledge is disturbing you. Just think if there was a rock also on that airplane with Uncle Sam, the rock would have put the whole weight down. Uncle Sam is unnecessarily worried. He could have rested, he could have relaxed just like the rock, but the rock has no knowledge and Uncle Sam has knowledge. The whole problem of humanity is that humanity knows, and because of knowing, the being is unnecessarily forgotten. When you think of Meditation it means how just to be and not to think. When i say to you to be yourself, i mean meditate. Don't try to be anybody else. You cannot be! You can try, and you can deceive yourself and you can promise yourself and you can hope that someday you will become somebody else, but you cannot become. These are only illusions that you can go on having. These are like day dreams which are not true. They are not going to become realities ever. You will remain yourself whatsoever you do. Why not relax, Uncle Sam! Put your full weight on the airplane. Relax. In relaxation, suddenly you will start enjoying your being, and the effort to be somebody else will stop. That is your worry how to be somebody else, how to be like somebody else, how to become like a Buddha. You can only be yourself. Accept it, rejoice in it, delight in it. The way to live a life is just be yourself, I was satisfied with my wife's discussion on being yourself. So, Ladies and Gentleman “Just be yourself ” !
