How to tear down walls?

With curiosity and passion of reading your ideas and opinion, I, one among you all would like also to give some words to this question, "How to tear down walls?".

May be, My explanation will not give any insights or great ideas- Please excuse me for this.

Let us get started then-

Tearing down a wall or breaking wall or breaking boundaries are simple stuffs to do. These are physical entity created by us and could easily be destroyed by us.

Many of us around here are discussing on the issue related to tearing down the walls within your self such as greed, race, religion, sex and so on.

How can we even think this could be successful? Well, those elements which are inside us are never going to change and those which are outside us are already broken.

We live by opinion and ideas, with our own philosophy of life. All those elements such as love, race, religion, life and culture etc. These are all part of every individual. These elements are different and we have our own personal "definitions" based on our personal "experiences".

When we try to listen other people's opinion and their definitions about these factors we tend to disagree and to some we agree.

Those who can lie can gain popularity easily. I do not know if there is something which called "believe". As said by Oscar Wilde, "Experience are mistakes", are we really gaining experience of are we just committing the mistakes?

A civilized society is formed when every individual in that society are bound to obey the rules and regulation which is for the benefit of their own society.

How much civilized society we have in this world? And, why do we think we are civilized? We might think that we are civilized society since we have power of intellectuals, full of resources and big fat rules which strictly has to be followed.

I feel pity for such society. The best rule in the world is No rule.
Once you start to follow the rules and regulation of your society you are bound to have "differences". When you have self differences within yourself, how can you have civilized society?

There are many examples and theories which are piled up in the dust of some libraries around the world. Those theories and books are food for rats and insects. At least some form of animals can sustain their lives with those rotten theories.

We are living by Scriptures, opinions and demoralizing elements which are root cause of our own self destruction. When will our tiny brain realize that, "We are all equal".

Difference is religion and culture has become mirror illusion. There is nothing popping up without the knowledge of others around us.

How can you break the barrier of relationships? We still are fighting for it, don't we? My first wife, second wife and so on...

Self differences inside us creates self destruction. We are destroying our destiny by creating the difference all around us. WE have walls of communism, race, relationships, religion and many those factors where our understanding is very limited.

Wake up people, please wake up....

Live the way you want to live but try to listen what others have to say too. You can always disagree but try to find what is the alternative of disagreement.

A week ago, I was watching a movie based on Jesus Christ and his life. I do not know how many times he has said, "I tell you the truth..."

When a person says, "I tell you the truth..." Is he really telling the truth?

Well, that is another point of discussion and let me not open it here. But, let me go back to the same question of how to tear down the walls?

Physically, Very simple-
1. Hire some machines which can be operated by human.
2. Use the machine to tear down walls.
3. Remove the walls
4. Now, you are successful. Good luck.

Mentally, Very Very Simple-
1. Accept everything which comes in your life.
2. Be truthful not to others but to yourself.
3. Life a life full of simplicity, the beauty will blossom along the way.
4. Respect, Obey, Follow, Give, Share, Encourage, Motivate and Smile to yourself and those around you.
5. Be like a child.
6. No human should claim he is God or (he is son of God as done by Jesus), or I am God itself. (Allah, Krishna, Buddha ...) Let us call them "Pure humans". A human with no self motives.
7. Live one day and die the same day. (How?) Do not care about yesterday and do not over think on tomorrow because you are not living in past or future, you are living now. (As I am writing this comment, I have started my day. After the sunsets and darkness prevails, I am going to end my day. I am going to die, Please do not worry because hopefully, I will be awake again tomorrow But again, hope is not with me it is for your satisfaction. I only hope to live only one day.)

Let me put it in a loop now.

If your answer is No, then ask yourself why not?

The Human civilization group is the world of "no difference". A world of complete peace and no walls. Where there is people and all those live are god. A pure humans existence.

Alright now, I have to stop typing because I think these seven point steps will clarify what the writer ones to say.

What makes me suffer

Rabbi Moshe de Sassov “True love is that which manages to avoid unnecessary suffering.”

The quote is beautifully said and nicely written. There are two elements in the quote first is “love” and second is “true love”. When you have two different things in a quote that means that needs to be compared. There is comparison between the love and true love. How can a person determine what is “love” and what is “true love” ? To understand the difference one has to first understand what love is.

When would you say- that a person is speaking what he is knowing or what he has experienced or what he has felt ? I do not agree, that there is any difference between any love or true love or false love or whatever. There is only one thing and that is “love”. When you are putting other words in front of it, or besides it then you are differentiating the words with others.

A love is love, either it is true or false. A love can not be true or false. A love is pure and the purity of the love cannot be measure. Either it is the love of parents to their children or it is the love of husband towards his wife, or it is the love of animals. Love is same everywhere.

Suffering cannot be manged. Suffering is that what we possess, that what we think and the way we think about anything. Suffering is present, it is vital for the existence. One has to understand how one takes it. Do you take “suffering” as one of the disease ? If you are taking suffering as the disease, then please think once again because disease in your body can go, it will one day vanish from your body but the suffering will not go until you are existing in this earth, until you are living in the present.

Can you find the love from the suffering ? If you cannot see the love from the suffering how can you tell what is true love ? How can you determine that suffering do not have love ? “In pain, there is pleasure associated”. or rather, I would say-”Pain contains the pleasure”. One has to feel the pain to feel the pleasure. One has to feel the suffering to feel the love from the suffering.

To understand weather you are getting a true love or no love or false love or just simply love you have to remove or take out from you mind the meaning of love. Once you remove all these definition of “what is love” then the remaining in your mind will give you, the proper definition of what is love.

Necessary and unnecessary is associated with humans personal taste. One can find some thing necessary at the same time one does not find anything necessary out of it. Therefore, there is no difference between love. Love cannot be said, “true” or “false”. Love is simply love.

How important interviews are?

In response to above question of great Writer Paulo Coelho here is what I have to say- the article presented down has been approved by an administrator of Paulo Cohelo in his blog. You can find a copy of same article under his blog too.



A question will give you the very simple answer-Yes. It can also be said-No. Let me first define why I would say yes for the interview. It is because it depends upon the personality of a person. A person like Paulo Coelho who is famous writer needs lot of public hearing and every body who is interested to know more about him or his book should be given an opportunity to know more about him. A truly inspirational stuffs are lacking in the world. To inspire those all humans who are hungry for the knowledge it is good to give an interview.

The best thing about the interview is that it will help a reader to know get more out of the upcoming project or work that a writer is been preparing or carrying out for the people.

A reader of Paulo Coelho is depressed by reading the same stuff of answer that was the result of question asked by journalist. But one thing both Paulo and reader should understand that- It is Paulo who knows the Journalist is asking the same question to him time and time again. How would a Journalist would know, the same question have been asked to Paulo or not ? I think Journalist is barely doing his job nothing else. A reader of Paulo Coelho will definitely know more about him only because they are readers and they read all great books from the writer.

To answer the other way around why interviews are not important. A writer who is famous world wide likes of Paulo should not go for the interview simply because it is just like Marketing the product or work. A writer who spends most of the time in isolation during the work should most of time focus on doing what he is doing at his best. Therefore, An interview is not necessary for the product campaign together with that more publicity can result some times in boring the readers with the same stuff appearing all the time anywhere they go or visit. A reader reading either it is Brazil or in Spain will read the same stuff time and time again and get bored with first the person who gave the interview and second with the person who takes the interview.

However, It is always good to maintain some kind of balance between the two.

Awakening Mind

Life is full of surprises, some time there are good days are some times there are bad. It is similar to unpredictable climate. A climate where some time it rains and very next minute it stops raining. It is similar to the changing process of climate. It is like that because we are not sure which moment will bring us the joy and which moment will make you feel depress and annoyed. It is just like that.

This unpredictable nature of life gives us joy to live. A joy which bring smile on our face. A smile is temporarily present. It does not last for long. Look when you smile you smile for the moment and then it goes automatically from your face. Laugh and smile are two different things. When you laugh, you are free and you give everything to a laugh but when you smile you are feeling pleasure and happy.

A world is you and you are the creator of this world. It is you who have taken this journey and you got to do what you got to do. It has nothing to deal with your past or future. It is you and you along the road. No one will ever be changing what you are going to do, every body around will support you. A support does not mean only moral or physical or any mental it can be any. You just have to understand the people. Once we start understanding the people, people will be helpful to you only if they can help. It is by knowing then you will know yourself better.

A gold is gold, a diamond is diamond why is this mind just so frozen like a snow which does not want to melt ? Why are my behavior changing only when the sun light falls into it. What is wrong with my thinking ? All these questions take you to one place and that place is very open, very interesting and very challenging. It is called "mind". A place where you need lot of thing to make clear. A place which makes assumption, thinking, learning, prediction, planning, sensing, visualizing and many more.All these things are done in one place and that place is called mind. More than mentioned are done actually and one who can control what is going or can see if in one's own mind what is going on or taking place then it will be of great help.

Unpredictable things are good for health.It is good that something goes beyond our thoughts and something just happens without our knowledge. It is sometimes good to know how life takes our thoughts in many other places. It is known that we are unknown and we are unknown just because we want to know the known.

Some times a simple statement makes us wary about our life and some times it is just to see if anything is going to happen. A mind which is pure, which is fresh and cool. A mind which needs nothing except the fresh thoughts and a mind which ignore any wrong impression on any body or any living entity is a mind which is capable of learning.

Innovation and transparency

Can you define this term called innovation- Is it the creation, creativity or idea generated or something based on productivity what is this term called as Innovation ?

The dictionary meaning

1. The act of innovating; introduction of something new, in
customs, rites, commercial products, etc. --Dryden.
[1913 Webster]

2. A change effected by innovating; a change in customs;
something new, and contrary to established customs,
manners, or rites. --Bacon.


The two dictionary meaning of the term describes it all but do you agree that innovation is just only the act or change in customs or just a change effected by innovating.

I do not believe that innovation is a product of a logical thinking. It cannot be said in any sense that innovation is product of logical thinking but I assume and think the final product or achievement or change is some what related to the structure of those thinking. It is the end which is derived from the start of logical thinking. People define innovation based on the social-economic, organizational or technical inventions, improvements I define innovation as the act of creation-creation that is from your mind without any previous background knowledge.

I have to give one exam tomorrow based on this topic called "Innovation and competitiveness" I do not feel like reading anything because I am not innovative. I don't know what crap the teacher taught in the lectures. Despite the lecturer was good and best in his course. It is not his fault, It is not the fault of anybody but It is my dull mind which cannot think anything.


He defines the typology of innovation as

Product innovation, Process, System, Architecture, Incremental, Disruptive, Strategic innovations. What are these crap innovations ? Can you think of something called product innovation ? These innovation are also defined as non-technological innovation such as service, financial, organizational and social innovation.

It seems that I am writing my master thesis. Who do you think innovates ? What a stupid question ? Don't you think this question is such a stupid way to ask who is your mom or who is your dad ? Surely we all know that they are humans and we are too. Now, He ask the question called who innovates ? Surely it will be humans.

It won't be animals who are going to say one morning that Sir- I have innovated something new for you. Take me to the outdoor. I want to shit. Their is another question he asks- The question is what is the national system of innovation ?What a crap question again

My response to any question around the world would be- "The answer of any question lies always in the question itself."

How do I know this ? I know this because the above quote came in my mind few seconds earlier when I was getting angry with this question. It is the main idea behind writing any essay or question.Do remember that every question has answers inbuilt with it. You got to find some way to look very carefully. Today My friend was suggesting that- I am not transparent. Why do I be transparent ?

What is the purpose of being transparent ? It took me few seconds to figure out what this transparency means but later I found that transparency is all about being open. Well- What a good question it is. I am not transparent or he thinks or the friend circle around think I am not transparent only because they cannot think beyond this. People see me as not transparent because they cannot see what I am doing.

I am not open-but I maintain, I write, I teach and I do not want to take anything with me. Why should I be called not transparent now ? People think I am not open only because they are living a closed life.. It is the thinking that makes a person not the saying or showing or achievement. If you open a diary of mine- Which is always very open and simple- The very first page has something written on it and it says-

"Try not to become a man of success but a man of value" Eienstein

What does it shows ? It shows and tells me every time I open a diary that I have to become a man of value not the man of success. What would I do with being sucessful. Those around me are all dissatisfied and a dissatisfied man is full of misery.

I do not feel like convincing every one around me, at present but I will certainly do what I feel doing because you can see in the top of the blog page what it tells about me.

"I am what I am and not what others make of me"

So, Let me come to the topic called National System of innovation.

It is regional, structure of economy, public policy, two major drivers are macroeconomic and microeconomic, raising output by putting more people to work and raising labor productivity.

I wish I pass but it does not matter as long as I am in the process of becoming a man of value rather than a man of success. Everything is words and words does not describe how good or bad or whatever you make out of a person. The very first thing you can observe by seeing a person is his looks which will tell you----->impression------> +/--------->impact on you-------->your approach to a person------->his/her reaction-------->starting of relationship.

Do remember one thing, these phases can only be possible with communication, two way communication does not really have to be spoken but can be sign, gesture,spoken, written etc.

Writer

I do not know what this term means-"Writer", There are hundred and thousand of those people who call themselves as writer. I never got an idea what this word mean and what it socially does. Every body assumes that they are writer, Many of writers are very well appreciated and also are very famous. What makes some one writer ? Who is writer ? Can any one become a writer ? These questions are the question which remained unanswered even it may be true to one but may not be true to other. Once I was watching a movie and the actor said, Writing is something similar to shitting. The process of act of doing both things are same. The words come in our mind and it is delivered in the paper. The other act is know to every one (shitting). It may be true, to some extent. It might be different in other context. It might also be false if someone do not wants to agree with this. We should take the things as they are but not what we imagine it to be. But many of us don't. We take any aspect of things like words, expression, comments or any materialistic affairs the way we want to take it. The things we do not want to take we just leave them. The perception is different and it should be different. Coming to the second question which i do not have a clue. Who is writer by the way ? Are all the famous writers only the writers and the guy like me is not. There can be many different factors which make one person as a writer and other person as not. Why do any one get interested in writing ? What is the purpose ? If I take an e.g. of my alone- I do not do it for any special purpose-I do not even edit what I write. I just write because I feel to do so, my inner self says-Come on boy just put what you wish to put. Tell your readers the things that you have experienced in your life and the things that are going on in your mind right now. Do not hesitate. Feel free ! Fly like you never have. Just go with the current flow and get the end result which is very important to any human in this planet. "Satisfaction" ! Is their any possibility for anyone to become a writer ? Why not ? Every one has this talent and any one who wishes to write can writer-It is just the matter that some one likes it and some on do not but as long as you do not care about that factor you are writer.

One last aspect that I feel is that writers are very good at knowing people. They always want to figure out what is going on some one else's mind. Well, I do not know about other writers but to some extent the writer writing these words does. Welcome to the world of writing !

Failed in Course.

I have nothing to write today. Today I got failed in one subject just because Teacher thinks that I have copied some text from the internet and i am not using the references properly or something. I have committed a crime by copying the text of others. This is what the teacher has to say. I am not feeling good. She thinks i am not good at writing, i cannot write a 16 page of report on the subject what she has given. She is an Doctor in her Profession. She has a doctor degree in Economics and she is teaching Cross culture to us. I do not know how people with understanding of one subject can teach the subject they are not good at. People with good experience of the subject should be allowed to teach the subject not just seeing their degrees.

One should know what he/she is talking about.I cannot speak of something i do not have knowledge. She might be very good at this subject or she might be the best but still there should be a provision of giving warning first and at least one excuse to a student to correct the mistakes, if he or she has done it. I have not actually copied but just written it in my own words. I do not understand the philosophy behind reading so many manuals, articles and internet resources and getting "0" at the end. What is that I have learned in the course ? Me coming from different culture to a completely new culture where they do not praise you but tell you in lecture that in my culture people like yellow teeth and it is regarded as symbol of good teeth. Wow, What someone expects to learn from this lecturer when she do not have any knowledge of what she is speaking about. She should first do some research on the topic what she is speaking, some kind of conversation with people from different culture and then she can share her experience in a lecture room. Not just reading thousand books and saying blah blah blah...

There are failures in life- what to do... but these are always with us. we know one day we all are going to fail. No one can pass us in subject of life. That subject is "life". We all are born and we are going to "die". This is also a failure. no one can pass us in this matter, We will surely fail in this-even if we want to live we cannot. Besides this, everything is just imagination and virtual living in this planet.
